One Guide is the premium digital experience for Cigna’s enterprise customers. After it’s initial launch, in Summer of 2017 Cigna came to us looking for direction and insight into potential features for One Guide’s next iteration. I worked closely with Senior UX designer, Laurie Watson, to help translate research from focus groups into design concepts for further testing. The work was split nearly even, with either one of us taking lead on a concept for each feature. Laurie’s Easy Button feature has been further explored and is being implemented into the current One Guide product today.
